OyeTerms of Use
Oye is licensed to you under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). Please read it. It applies to your use of the app.
Subscriptions
- Oye needs a subscription: Oye Yearly ($49.99/year) or Oye Monthly ($9.99/month), in one subscription group. Prices may differ by country and are shown in the app and on the App Store.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. There is one free trial per Apple Account across both plans. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Content and YouTube
Clips play through YouTube’s embedded player and remain the property of their owners. By using Oye you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Transcripts, translations and learning tools are provided to help you study and may contain mistakes, including AI tutor answers.
Using Oye
Use the app lawfully and for your own learning. Don’t copy, scrape or resell its content, or try to disrupt the service.
